Jacob Rasmussen

Jacob Rasmussen is an accomplished elementary school teacher with extensive experience in progressive and international schools. Rasmussen has honed his skills in various areas including classroom management, project-based learning, lesson planning, educational technology, and curriculum development. He received a Bachelor of Science in Education, with a focus on ages 6-14 and grades 1-8, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Later, he studied Inclusion in a Master's in Education course at the University of New England.

His career as a teacher includes notable roles such as the 2nd/3rd Grade PYP Teacher and Math Coordinator at Pine Street School. He was a Substitute Teacher at Teachers On Call, a Kelly Services® Company, and served as a 4th Grade Classroom Teacher at The American School of Tangier. Beforehand, he worked as a 4th Grade Associate Teacher, a 3rd Grade Associate Teacher, and an After School/Support Teacher at LREI.

Rasmussen's qualifications and expertise make him a valuable asset to any educational institution. With a passion for implementing innovative teaching methods and incorporating modern tools, he can assist students in achieving their maximum potential.
