Jacob Leonhardt

Jacob Leonhardt is a hard-working and adaptable individual driven to succeed in any environment. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Music Media Production from Ball State University and previously attended Blackhawk Christian High School. Jacob has held various roles that exemplify his skillset, demonstrating his ability to work effectively with individuals from all walks of life.

Prior to his current position as a Tech Support Agent at Sweetwater, Jacob served as a Summer Intern at RemedyLIVE, where he gained valuable experience in customer service and tech support. He has also worked as a Resident Assistant at Ball State University, where he honed his skills in leadership and communication. Additionally, Jacob served as a Buildings and Grounds Summer Intern for Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company, as well as a Videographer at MASTer Camp.

Jacob is a fast learner, critical thinker, and team player. His ability to think outside the box makes him an asset in any work environment. He is always on the lookout for new opportunities to learn and grow.
