    Dr. Jacob Hascalovici, also known as 'Dr. Jacob,' is a highly accomplished medical professional with a diverse educational background and expertise in pain management.

    He obtained his medical degree with distinction from Technion American Medical School in Haifa, Israel, while simultaneously pursuing a doctorate in Neuroscience at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Dr. Jacob also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Computational Biology from Yeshiva University.

    Having completed his residency in Adult Neurology and fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, Dr. Jacob is now a valuable team member at the Multidisciplinary Pain Center at Montefiore. He is a board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry in Adult Neurology and Pain Medicine.

    In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Jacob serves as an Assistant Professor of Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Anesthesiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

    Dr. Jacob has a keen interest in various pain syndromes, including craniofacial, musculoskeletal, and visceral pain, with a particular focus on geriatric pain management. He is actively involved in research, with over 20 peer-reviewed original research articles to his credit and participation in multiple ongoing clinical trials related to pain management.

    Originally from Montreal, Canada, Dr. Jacob has a passion for travel, yoga, dry red Israeli wines, and follows the paleo diet.
