Jacob's practical experience began early with his internship at Gold and Black Illustrated, where he garnered valuable insights into the importance of media in business. This was followed by a role as a Management Intern at Arni's Restaurant, which allowed him to understand the intricacies of operations management in the food service industry.
His career trajectory continued to rise as he joined Planet Fitness as a Member Services Representative, showcasing his strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele. Jacob further expanded his professional portfolio upon joining Learfield Licensing Partners as a Licensing Assistant, where he gained exposure to the licensing and marketing dimensions of business management.
Jacob's analytical and account management prowess was significantly enhanced during his time at Collabera Inc., where he took on the role of Associate Account Manager. In this capacity, he engaged with clients directly, nurturing relationships and ensuring satisfaction, which reinforced his adeptness in account management.
To complement his internship experiences, Jacob also served as a Data & Admissions Intern at the University of Louisville College of Business. In this role, he applied his analytical skills in a practical environment, working closely with data to support the admissions process while gaining insights into higher education administration. His internships, in combination with his academic achievements, have equipped him with the skills to navigate the complexities of the business landscape.
