Jacob Cheek

Jacob Cheek is a Chartered Accountant with a background in Commerce and Information Technology from the University of South Australia. He has over a decade of experience in the finance industry, starting his career as a Systems Accountant in 2006.

Throughout his career, Jacob has held various roles in finance, including Consultant and Management Accountant, in both public and private companies. He worked as the Finance Manager for a green energy company in the UK from 2011 to 2013, before returning to Adelaide.

In Adelaide, Jacob served as the Finance Manager at SAGE Automation for three years before joining McMahon Services. At McMahon Services, he progressed to become the Chief Financial Officer in 2018, overseeing the Finance, IT, and Payroll teams for the company's 6 operational entities.

Jacob is known for his customer-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset. With experience in organizations of different sizes, he values stakeholder management and business process enhancements.
