Jaco Erasmus is a highly accomplished CEO with over two decades of experience in executive search and management consulting. He has studied at renowned universities such as Nyenrode Business Universiteit and TIAS School for Business and Society, acquiring degrees in Board Program, Supervisory Board Program, MBA, and Psychology, among others.

Having worked with some of the largest companies in the world, Erasmus brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as CEO EMEAA at N2Growth. He has previously held positions as CEO Europe at N2Growth, managing partner at Erasmus van Wees Executive Search & Interim Management, and managing consultant strategy at Capgemini Ernst & Young, among others.

Erasmus is also a former clinical psychologist registered with the Dutch Institute for Psychologists, indicating his deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. He is a former board member of the NBP Association of the University of Nyenrode and has worked as an advisor and consultant at several companies, further showcasing his wide range of skills and interests.
