Jaclyn Ciamillo is a passionate professional based in Seattle with a diverse background in innovation, organizational design, and change management. She currently works at EY's wavespace Innovation Center, where she directs, designs, and facilitates client experiences in various areas, including digital technologies, leadership alignment, and creative ideation.
