Jaclyn Carter

Jaclyn Carter is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Specialist at Microsoft, with background knowledge in the areas of Oracle Marketing Cloud and business administration. Her expertise lies in assisting customers through their digital transformation journey with Oracle Marketing Cloud solutions. Before joining Microsoft, Jaclyn led a team of Expert Service Consultants at Oracle and worked as the Customer Success Manager and principal consultant, where she helped organizations achieve a significant return on investment. With a degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Jaclyn started her career at the Department of Defense cost analyst consultant, where she worked on multimillion-dollar contracts to ensure project delivery was on time and within budget. Jaclyn is a native San Diegan, and when she is not working, she can be found hiking the trails of Torrey Pines or taking her wakeboarding boat to the lake. Her passion for helping others led her to work towards her 300-hour pilates instructor certification to help people rehabilitate injuries and reach personal fitness goals.
