Jacky Hood

Jacky Hood is an experienced program and project manager and CEO of FieldDay Solutions, with a proven ability to lead teams and bring projects to successful implementation. With a diverse range of expertise in education and training, electronic and software product development, marketing, sales, and operations, Hood has overseen multiple complex programs and projects throughout her career. She played an instrumental role in the development of college open textbooks, designed a variety of telecommunications systems, and developed technical support operations for a telecom startup. Hood attributes her success to quickly assessing and defining project goals, scope, staffing, budget, quality, and methodology, and working to increase productivity to meet project demands.

Throughout her career, Hood has held leadership roles at several organizations in senior consulting, directorship, and co-directorship capacities, as well as being responsible for social media, processes, and web-based support. She has passed through several universities, including the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Carleton University, and the University of Toronto, where she studied electrical engineering and systems engineering. Additionally, she has developed and managed several certificate programs, taught and instructed students and employees, and inspired creativity and loyalty in all stakeholders.
