Jackie Thomas, a senior at Appalachian State University, possesses a diverse educational background with a Music Industry Studies Major, Business Minor, and concentrations in Management and Marketing. Prior to college, she studied at Franklin Academy High School.

With a robust professional history, Jackie has held various roles in the music and entertainment industry, showcasing her skills and expertise. Currently, she serves as a Talent Bookings Coordinator at The Kagency, building upon her past experiences in roles like Artist Liaison, Stage Manager, and Merchandise Manager.

Previously, Jackie has excelled in positions such as Artist Hospitality Assistant at GroundUp Music, Merchandise Lead at Moogfest, CID VIP Events Ambassador at CID Entertainment, and Ticket Agent at MeanRed Productions. Her experience also includes working with well-known events like The Governors Ball Music Festival and Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival.

Aside from her music industry roles, Jackie has demonstrated versatility by working in areas like production, operations, office management, sales, and customer service.
