    Jackie Milad is a Baltimore City-based artist who has been showcased in numerous group and solo exhibitions both nationally and internationally.

    Her works have been featured in prestigious venues such as C.Grimaldis Gallery, The Walters Art Museum, and Museo de Arte de Mazatlan.

    She is recognized for her talent as a multi-year recipient of the Individual Artist Grant from Maryland State Arts Council, a Janet & Walter Sondheim Prize Finalist, and a Robert W. Deutsch Foundation Ruby Grantee.

    Jackie Milad holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts and a Master of Fine Arts from Towson University.

    Apart from her thriving studio practice, she is also actively involved in the art community as a curator and educator.

    Previously, she has held positions at institutions like Maryland Institute College of Art, University of Maryland, and Goucher College.

    Milad is also a former Co-Founder and Collective Member at Transmodern Festival, showcasing her diverse involvement in the art world.
