Jackie Hern

Jackie Hern is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in coordination, radio management, policy accreditation and compliance, documentation, compliance assessments, fiscal responsibilities, investigations, and clerical tasks.

In her role as a Coordinator, Jackie works closely with Shift Sergeants to schedule staff training, career classes, and seminars, while also managing training documentation and accreditation processes.

As a Radio Coordinator, she oversees the inventory and maintenance of radios within the Public Safety Communication Division, ensuring continuous communication systems.

Jackie is highly involved in policy accreditation and compliance, collecting and storing operational documentation for detention areas, and ensuring proper disposal according to state guidelines.

She actively participates in compliance assessments and audits, contributing valuable insights to inspection teams and recommendations for improvement.

With a keen eye for fiscal responsibility, Jackie participates in asset inventories and manages documentation for the disposal or transfer of department assets.

In investigatory roles, Jackie conducts research, develops questions, and participates in interviews, providing feedback during various types of investigations including administrative inquiries and litigation.

On the clerical side, she maintains evaluation tracking, manages office supplies, and supports payroll functions as a backup.
