Jackie Montgomery

Jackie Henry Montgomery is a seasoned hospitality operations specialist with a strong dedication to meeting client and guest needs. With a career spanning back to 2002, she has accumulated a wealth of experience in the marketing and events industry, having worked with diverse organizations including the New Orleans Saints and various radio stations.

Starting from humble beginnings as an assistant at an environmental non-profit, Jackie has climbed the ladder by gaining expertise in food and wine at Vino Volo, followed by roles in event coordination at Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services, and marketing and group sales at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex.

Her career milestone includes serving as the Director of Marketing and Group Sales for a significant arena complex in Indiana, PA, before transitioning to the hospitality sector as the Director of Sales at the Hilton Garden Inn. Her exceptional performance led to a promotion to the General Manager position at the Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP.

Notable achievements in her career include winning awards such as the HGI STRONG Award, Hilton Garden Inn Conrad Achievement Awards, PRLA Excellence in Food Safety Award, and TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award. She has also excelled in client-facing roles, organizing events for major brands like Miller Lite, Budweiser, and Harley-Davidson, along with managing sponsorships with notable personalities like Super Bowl Champions Lance Moore and Pierre Thomas.

Jackie's educational background includes studies at IHS and an MBA in Business from the University of New Orleans. Currently serving as a Regional General Manager at Parks Hospitality Group, she continues to drive growth and success in the hospitality industry.
