Prior to his Master's degree, Jackie earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with First Class Honors in Creative Media from City University of Hong Kong, highlighting his diverse educational background.

With a wealth of experience in the tech industry, Jackie held various positions at Microsoft, including Senior Product Designer, Product Designer II, and Product Designer, demonstrating his expertise and growth within the company.

Jackie also gained valuable experience through internships, having worked as a User Experience Design Intern at AG - Delta and as a Design Intern at Sengital Limited.
