Jackeline Carpio

Jackeline N. Carpio has over 13 years of experience in the defense industry, specializing in powertrain and diesel engine integration. She began her career at BAE Systems in 2007, contributing to the mobility engineering team and focusing on developing powertrains for military tracked vehicles.

At BAE Systems, Jackeline has been involved in various technical roles, including design, system integration, prototype development, coordinating testing activities, on-site support, and creating technical data packages. She has also managed technical subcontractors and ensured the successful execution of program milestones.

Jackeline Carpio holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Oakland University. Beyond her technical expertise, she also served as the President of BAE Systems' Hispanic Organization for Leadership Advancement, championing Hispanic/Latino culture and leadership development initiatives.

Currently, Jackeline serves as a Principal Mechanical Engineer and Deputy IPT Lead for a new Army vehicle development program at BAE Systems. Her diverse educational background, combined with her extensive experience, positions her as a valuable asset in the defense sector.
