He holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology in Music from Leeds College of Music and has studied Design at Careerfoundry. With over a decade of experience, Jack has served as the Vice President of Design Operations at Jpmorgan Chase & Co. and as the Head of User Experience and Design for Content Platforms and News UK. Before that, he was a consultant and director at House Studio.

Throughout his career, Jack has demonstrated an aptitude for blending creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes to clients. His vast experience has equipped him with the skills needed to lead design teams, develop design strategies, and manage design operations across large and complex organizations.
