Jack Holmes

Jack Holmes is a seasoned professional with almost a decade of experience in helping organizations enhance their understanding of customers and develop superior products through user experience research and design.

With a strong educational background including a 1st Class degree in Business Information Technology from Kingston University and completion of GCSE + A-Levels at Pent Valley Technology College, Jack has a solid foundation for his career.

Throughout his journey, Jack has held several key positions including Lead UX Researcher & Designer at Super User Studio, Director at Jack Holmes Consultant Ltd, Director & Conference Chair at UXPA International, Service Design Lead at St. James's Place Wealth Management, and Senior roles at NatWest and Nationwide Building Society.

Additionally, Jack has been an active member of various organizations such as UXPA International, User Experience Professionals Association UK, Bunnyfoot, and even held positions in Kingston University and The Aspinall Foundation.

His diverse experiences range from being a Mobile Internet Intern at O2 UK to a Graphic Designer at London Ashford Airport, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in different roles and industries.
