Business Analyst

Creating a worldwide operating model to bring consistency to HR in all stores
Work with Country Heads to ensure our model captures all requirements of specific markets
Coordinate pilot countries to ensure project is running effectively and participants have resources required 
Plan and run specialised training for all project participants to ensure new model is implemented effectively
Collect and collate data regarding project to measure effectiveness and adjust operating model were necessary

Primark

•	Organise and create planograms by analysing company sales reports to maximise planogram sales potential.
•	Liaise with buying and merchandising team to ensure all products reach sales targets.
•	Liaise with all store teams to maximise compliance and improve planogram design by acting on feedback
•	Gather statistics to ensure flow and product participation are in line with company sales projections.
•	Track Company zero sales and create strategies to correct

Retail Space Planning

•	New York Secondment- selected to organise and open the first Primark Store in Brooklyn, New York. 
o	Worked closely with local teams to embed company ethos.
o	Managed difference between US and European team by recognising local practises and culture.
•	UK - managed and organised the recruitment and selection of all store personnel for the UK expansion project, including short listing candidates for interview using the company e-recruitment system.
•	Responsible for all administration for the entire recruitment life cycle including offers, contracts, personnel files, entering data into the Company Time, Attendance, HR and Scheduling system
•	Co-ordinated and delivered inductions and training days for all new employees for each new store opening. Managed training for all employees in customer service, health and safety and company ethos.
•	Post opening support covering employee relations, staff planning, recruitment and selection, payroll and training.

New Store Opening Specialist

•	Managed Team of 40- Directed and took appropriate action to ensure the smooth running of the department by optimising staff morale; promoting a positive work environment, continuous improvement and learning. Consistently delivering company operating standards and policy.
•	Maximised sales opportunities and performance. Drove and monitored turnover and stock control. Ensured markdowns were actioned and monitored to ensure sell through. Monitored competitor activity to sustain competitive advantage.
•	Stock management- Directed management team to ensure stock levels were sufficient to maximise sales. Ensured company systems and procedures were utilised to maintain stock loss was within company limits. 
•	Merchandising- Accountable for delivering excellent visual standards; collaborated with colleagues to ensure department presentation and Point of Sale was best on the high-street.
•	Customer Service- Lead and trained team to deliver excellent customer service.

•	Designed bespoke lighting arrangements for customers.
•	Delivered an increase in sales from 3% to 15% of total store revenue.
•	Collaborated in the design of the Westbourne Grove showroom.
•	Developed techniques to ensure all areas of the store were introduced to shoppers by building long term customer relationships.
