Jack Gillespie

Jack Gillespie is a legal advisor with extensive experience in commercial underwriting, focusing on healthcare-related real estate such as medical office buildings, hospitals, and senior housing facilities.

With a client-centric model, Jack aims to provide valued and trusted advice to clients, drawing upon 20 years of experience in a wide range of real estate projects, from individual investments to multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio acquisitions.

Jack holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, a B.A. in Economics and Chemistry, cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan, and has also pursued further education including an MBA study online program through Coursera with Yale's Robert Shiller at the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.

Throughout his career, Jack has been associated with prestigious organizations such as Kooperman Mentel Ferguson Yaross, Title First Agency, Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, Gillespie Law Group, Equity, Nationwide Insurance, and Nationwide Realty Investors.

In September 2020, Jack will be joining the commercial underwriting team at Title First to contribute his wealth of knowledge and experience to the company.
