Jack Dubie

Jack Dubie is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Ladder, an insurtech company focused on making life insurance more accessible and affordable.23 He graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Computer Science, where he also served as a CS course advisor.3 Originally from Vermont, Jack enjoys longboarding and outdoor activities.3

2. Software Engineer (Intern) at Orchestra, Inc. (now part of Dropbox) from May 2011 to July 2012.1

Jack co-founded Ladder with Jamie Hale (CEO), Laura Hale (Chief Product Officer), and Jeff Merkel.2 The company aims to simplify the life insurance buying process, making it digital, instant, and flexible.2 Under Jack's technical leadership, Ladder has developed a platform that allows customers to obtain policies in as little as 10 minutes, with the ability to make changes to their coverage online.2

In October 2021, Ladder raised $100 million in Series D funding, which is being used to further improve accessibility and affordability of life insurance, as well as to grow the company's team.2
