With a solid educational foundation, Jack has held key roles in renowned organizations, including being a Global Supply Manager at Meta and previously serving as a Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing at Microsoft. He has also contributed his expertise as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for various products at Microsoft, such as Surface Book, Surface Studio, and Surface Accessories.

Jack's experience extends beyond the tech industry, having worked as a Global Sourcing Analyst at Anheuser-Busch InBev and as a Technical Operations Intern at Diageo's Shui Jing Fang.
