A graduate of The University of Texas-Arlington with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Communication Technology, Jabari also pursued a Minor in Spanish Studies, showcasing his diverse educational background.
During his high school days at Dallas' David W. Carter High School, Jabari excelled in basketball, earning numerous accolades like All-District, All-Region, All-State honors, and was even nominated for McDonald's All-American.
His collegiate basketball career took him to Louisiana Tech University before he transferred back to UT-Arlington. At UT-Arlington, he garnered attention as an ESPN class of 2001 NBA draft prospect and was lauded as one of the top players in the university's history.
Transitioning to the professional basketball arena, Jabari showcased his skills in the ABA, CBA, and Europe, even delving into a player/coach role in the ABA.
