Guest Lectureship Organisational Transformation

As a consultant at InContext I managed accounts for clients in multiple sectors, were I focused on organisational development and strategic behavioral change.

Leading functional teams I was responsible for delivering (culture) change management and leadership development projects in an international environment. At InContext I developed multiple innovative tools like business simulations and serious games.

Management Consultant

As a management consultant at Accenture's management consulting practice I focused on change management, leadership development and organisational development. As a change manager I was responsible for the development and implementation of international change programs

Focusing on both the strategical and the psychological side of change interventions, I combine my analytical skills with my interpersonal sensitivity. This combination was very useful as a member of the serious gaming team, where I developed and facilitated games for multiple clients.
