Jaakko Tammela is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, focusing on reshaping cultures, products, and services to enhance the lives of over 100 million people.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and multiple MBA degrees in Marketing and Creative Leadership. Jaakko has been recognized with over 40 design awards and frequently serves as a jury or curator for prestigious events such as Cannes Lions and Brazilian Design Biennial.

Currently, Jaakko Tammela serves as the CX Strategy & Design Director at Dasa, the largest integrated health network in Latam. He is actively involved in speaking engagements, conducting masterclasses on innovation, design, and creative leadership, and providing mentorship to designers at ADPlist and growth-stage companies at Unreasonable Group in the US and Colombia.

Jaakko's educational background includes studies at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, Hyper Island, KAOSPILOT, and BrainStore, focusing on areas such as business administration, marketing, and innovation.

Throughout his career, Jaakko has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, including being a former Unreasonable Mentor, Latam Design Lead at Accenture and Fjord, Brazil Group Director at Fjord, Service and Business Design Director LATAM at Fjord, and many more.

Jaakko Tammela has also shared his expertise through teaching engagements as a professor and thesis advisor at institutions such as Tera, ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, and Istituto Europeo di Design. He has a strong background in industrial design, innovation management, and business design, with a global perspective.

As a consultant and public speaker, Jaakko offers valuable insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and future insights. He has excelled in leadership roles, strategic design, and innovative approaches to design management and branding.
