J. Allie Morse is a dynamic and creatively driven individual with a passion for serving and solving complex problems.

With a background in gender studies, human rights & development, Allie's journey has taken her through diverse experiences in finance, yoga, real estate, and tech.

Starting with Modo yoga teacher training and graduate school, Allie's career led her to impactful roles in Sierra Leone, Singapore, Nigeria, San Francisco, and now Los Angeles.

Notable positions include her time as GM and Head of Expansion at Postmates, Interim Head of Performance Marketing at Uber, and currently, Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Instacart.

Educationally, Allie studied Women's Studies and Global Politics at the University of Oxford and International Development Economics & Communications at McGill University.

Her rich professional journey encompasses roles as Founder and CEO at Jumia House, Managing Director at Rocket Internet, and various leadership positions at Postmates and other prominent organizations.

Driven by authenticity and curiosity, Allie embodies resilience, perseverance, and a deep commitment to personal growth and learning, both in her professional endeavors and as an angel investor and actor.
