Ivy Chin

Ivy Chin is an accomplished professional with a strong background in digital and technology leadership across various industries.

She holds a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University and has furthered her education by studying Executive Education in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris.

Ivy has held several high-ranking positions in reputable organizations, including being the Former Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Sherwin-Williams, Former Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at American Tire Distributors, and Former Senior Vice President of Digital at PetSmart.

Her expertise extends to board directorship, having served as a Non-Executive Board Director and Compensation Committee Member at REI.

With a strong retail background, Ivy has been involved in various digital and e-commerce initiatives, such as being the Senior Vice President of eCommerce & Omnichannel Digital at Belk and a Member of the Shop.org Board of Directors at the National Retail Federation.

She has also contributed significantly to the digital landscape through her roles at QVC, where she held positions in online operations, design, information architecture, and system engineering.

Prior to her extensive career in digital and technology, Ivy started as a Software Developer and Systems Engineer at CertainTeed Corporation.
