Ivor Newman is the Program Director of the California Capital APEX Accelerator at California Capital Financial Development Corporation.134 He is a self-directed, action-oriented team leader with over 20 years of experience as a program manager, leading multi-disciplinary programs within fast-paced flexible environments.5 In his role, Newman oversees the APEX Accelerator program, which helps established businesses prepare for, pursue, and perform on government contracts.4
