Ivey Catharine Larkin MCEC
Catharine Larkin is an experienced corporate executive coach with a proven track record of helping CEOs and their teams drive change and address leadership expectations. With deep industry knowledge in Energy, Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods, Retail, Professional Services and Health Care, she has worked with both public and privately-owned companies across all stages of the business lifecycle. Catharine uses a combination of coaching models, empathy, intuition, and straight talk to help companies rethink their leadership needs, align their teams, and grow their business while maintaining culture.
Catharine's educational background includes a BA BEd in French, German, and Theatre from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College, and certification in Mindfulness, Meditation and Psychotherapy from The Institute of Meditation and Psychotherapy. She has also completed post-graduate studies in French Studies at Université Laval, and The Science of Coaching Psychology at Harvard University. Catharine is also a certified executive coach in Indigenous Studies from the University of Alberta, and she is currently pursuing her Executive Coaching certification at Breakthrough Coaching.
Over her career, Catharine has worked with a variety of notable clients, including ADT, CIBC, Coca-Cola, McKinsey, and Nestle, among others. She has held executive coaching roles in several organizations, including MEECO Leadership Institute, Association of Corporate Executive Coaches™ (ACEC), Executive Core, and LARCO Executive Coaching Ltd. Catharine is currently an Ivey Academy Coach at The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School.
