Ivan Yeung is a Principal Firmware Engineer and Project Manager with a wealth of experience in set-top box technology, computer networking protocol design, and embedded system firmware development. He has a strong background in hardware and system bring-up, as well as systems management. Ivan has a track record of leadership in networking protocol design, implementation, and portation, with expertise in Linux kernel and device driver development, and hardware/firmware integration. His proficiency spans networking technologies like 10M up to 10G Ethernet, USB, T1/E1, DS3, ATM, and POS.

Ivan's specialties include software development throughout the full life cycle, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions, making significant individual and team contributions in startup environments, as well as expertise in set-top box middleware and boot loader startup, networking protocols design and devices (L2-L4), networking performance testing methodologies, and firmware design, device driver development, and system integration.
