For Home Depot – one of the largest US retailers with over $150B in annual sales – who have embarked on a massive, multi-year, technology transformation initiative, moving from mainframe/client-server systems to the very latest microservices, cloud-native environments.

•	Oct 2020 to Sep 2023 – Technical Program Manager (Payments) of a 5-year, Multi-$M program that included:
          o	Reengineering/retiring 32+ applications (>1300 services, across 14 teams, involving 13 external dependencies, including systems for credit auth, settlement, fraud, sales data capture, gift card, store credit, et al.) from mainframe to the cloud.
          o	Leveraging a tokenization service provider (Fiserv), enhance those reengineered systems to remove credit card numbers – increasing security and reducing PCI credit card data environments.  
(This role was originally a shared responsibility with PwC but then consolidated under a single Third Eye TPM.)

•	2020 - Program Manager of the Loyalty Pro Perks Program (“Free tool rental or gift card based upon pro spend”) aimed at increasing Pro spend, involved the orchestration of many common service areas and required extra program management rigor to successfully make the Wall Street advertised pilot rollout date. 

•	2018, 2019 - Responsible for systems discovery, IT strategy and program management within the Enterprise Pricing organization aimed at identifying the hundreds of client-calling systems and help define the strategy for onboarding these client systems to the new pricing and discounts cloud-native, common services.

•	Selected by the CIO to analyze their systems architectures and risk management solution processes to develop the strategy for application upgrades and Machine Learning aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing risk.

InComm (Gift Card, Fintech, Payments, Retail), Atlanta, GA
InComm is a privately held Payments and Financial Services, Gift card and retail company with ~2300 Employees and over 200 Applications that support its products and services.  

Program Director (Bright Byte Principal Consultant) 
As InComm’s largest IT services provider, assigned as Bright Byte’s Program Director for all projects.  Partnered with their CTO and senior leadership team on over 100 technical projects which helped position InComm grow from $800 million to $24 billion in annual gross revenues.  
•	Managed a massive cross-functional IT transformation of their highly distributed core transaction processing system, involving 12 separate software development and infrastructure workstreams. This complex transformation allowed InComm to successfully perform holiday peak transaction processing and to facilitate 40% year-over-year growth. 
•	Initiated and led numerous other innovative software development efforts that allowed InComm to attack new markets and increase revenues, including: B2B E-Commerce and Health & Affinity Program; Kick-start InComm's prepaid Vanilla Visa card program; Program managed the multi-year delivery of InComm’s Master Data and Billing solution; Kick-start InComm's innovative Mobile (NFC, Payments, Apps) program.
•	Led project team that engaged in deep systems analysis (200+ systems) aimed at decoupling point-to-point systems integrations and replacing them with an Enterprise Service Bus capability.

•	Personally Led cross-functional project teams that developed solutions for Cell Tower Leasing, Cell Tower Colocation, and Cell Tower Management.

Held a number of programmer/developer positions of increasing responsibility.
•	As the co-owner and manager of Spectrum System Services, developed a proprietary software development framework (PowerBuilder, Java) that was incorporated into business model for utilization in numerous multi-million-dollar client engagements. Subsequently, Spectrum System Services was purchased by NCI.
•	Using open technologies (4GL, Java, RDBMS) participated in the design and development of many applications, databases and frameworks, both full time and contract positions, located in Atlanta GA, Washington DC, and Salt Lake City UT.
