Ivan Garcia

Ivan Garcia is a Civil Engineer turned Educator with a passion for human development, technology, and traveling. With over 6 years of experience and nearly 3000 teaching hours, Ivan has focused on creating better learning techniques to foster growth and development.

Currently, Ivan is taking a break from his career to travel solo through South America, embracing new challenges and experiences country by country.

Ivan's educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal and a Master of Science in Renewable Energies from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Throughout his career, Ivan has held various roles including Civil Engineer at CFE - Fernando Ermida Constructions, Chief Operating Officer and Team Lead at Now Club, International Volunteer at Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, Real Estate Consultant at Decisões e Soluções Portugal, Elementary and English Teacher at different institutions, Starters Academy Participant at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Public Speaker at Toastmasters International, and President of ESTBarTuna.

Ivan is open to new opportunities that challenge him and allow him to collaborate with like-minded individuals to serve others.

Physically strong, mentally fit, and spiritually rich, Ivan is a people person who values interpersonal communication, leadership, planning, and organization in his work.
