Ivan Frishberg is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in climate advocacy, campaign development, coalition management, environmental advocacy, grassroots issue advocacy & organizing, constituency engagement, and DC local government.

His educational background includes studying at Oxford College Of Further Education (Oxpens) and pursuing Sociology at Portland State University.

Throughout his career, Ivan has held various key roles in renowned organizations, including serving as the Co-Chair of the Collective Commitment on Climate Action Working Group on Reporting and Target Setting at UN Environment Programme - Finance, the Director of Impact Policy at Amalgamated Bank, and as a Board Member at Capitol Hill Arts Workshop.

He has also held positions such as Director at State Climate Hub, Senior Climate Advisor / Advisory Board Member at Organizing for Action, Senior Advisor at Climate Action Campaign, National Political Director at Environment America, Senior Strategist at Rock the Vote, and Consultant at numerous places and with various individuals.
