Ivan Chang

Ivan Chang is currently the Consumer Payments Lead for the APAC region at The Walt Disney Company, a position he has held since July 2021. In this role, he oversees consumer payment initiatives across various Disney businesses, including Theme Parks, ShopDisney, and Disney+ services in the Asia-Pacific region. His responsibilities include evaluating and onboarding new payment partners, optimizing payment processes, and building long-term partnerships with banks, fintechs, and payment gateways.1

Before his current role, Ivan served as the Payments & Payments Partnership Lead for Disney+ in Southeast Asia from September 2020 to July 2021, where he focused on payment integration and partnerships for Disney's streaming services. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Singapore Management University, teaching courses related to strategy and organization, and has held various leadership roles in both academic and entrepreneurial settings.1
