Iulia Balan is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Mathematics and Computer Science.

She pursued her education at the National College "Emil Racovita" in Iasi, where she studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Later, she furthered her academic endeavors by completing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.

Throughout her career, Iulia has held various roles across different organizations, showcasing her diverse skill set and expertise. Currently, she serves as the Customer Support Team Lead at XWiki, where she leads a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Prior to her current position, Iulia gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Specialist at XWiki, demonstrating her proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Operations Officer at Garanti Bank, honing her organizational and operational skills.

Her experience in the banking sector includes roles as a Bank Teller at Garanti Bank and a Universal Desk Operator at BRD, where she built a strong foundation in financial services and client relations. Additionally, Iulia's background extends to digital marketing, having worked as a Web Promoter at Credit Expert, where she utilized her skills to drive online visibility and engagement.
