Itil®4 Ali AlFadhel is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and diverse work experience. After studying Bachelor of Computer Science at Algoma University, Ali expanded his skills by completing a Business Analytics Nano-degree at Udacity and a Diploma in Computer Programming at the Institute of Alalamiah. He has held various roles in different organizations, including serving as a System Engineer at Abdulla Fouad Group, a Computer Technician at the same company, an Executive Secretary and a Training Coordinator at Al Ezdihar Language Institute, an Administrative Customer Service - Credit Department at UMA - Universal Motors Agencies, and a Customer Service representative at Sahara Net. Ali is passionate about utilizing his expertise in IT and business analytics to contribute positively to the growth and success of any organization.
