Ismail Ihsan is a seasoned Engineer with a strong background in product lifecycle management and new product introduction, boasting over ten years of experience.

He excels in NPI project leadership, upfront cost management, and process planning, ensuring successful product delivery from engineering requirements to final production rollout.

His expertise lies in product validation, testing procedures, test automation, and failure analysis, all geared towards achieving the highest quality deliverables.

Ismail Ihsan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

His professional journey includes roles such as Lead Test System Architect at Rivian, Manufacturing Test Engineer at Zoox, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Sustaining Engineer at Space Exploration Technologies.

Prior to that, he worked at Schlumberger in various engineering capacities, served as a Teacher Assistant and Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, and gained valuable experience through internships at Jacket Micro Devices and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
