Ishwardatt Singh

Ishwardatt Singh is a dedicated public health professional with a focus on electronic health information systems and the use of ICT to bolster health systems.

With close to ten years of experience at the national level, Ishwardatt has developed expertise in leadership, strategic planning, project management, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and research.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Guyana and a Master's Degree in Global eHealth from the University of Edinburgh Business School.

His career has included roles such as Management Support Assistant at the United Nations Development Programme, Project Management Office - Senior ICT Engineer at the Government of Guyana's eGovernment Unit, Project Manager at the Health Information Systems Program, Independent Consultant at the Health Information Systems Program, Director of the Management Information Systems Unit at the Ministry of Health in Guyana, and IT Support Officer at the Ministry of Health in Guyana.
