Ishu Gupta

Ishu Gupta is an accomplished professional in the financial and insurance industries with a vast array of experience spanning change management, strategy development, business analysis, and relationship management. She holds a first-grade degree in Computer Science from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and a Master's Degree in International Business from Delhi School of Economics. Ishu has pursued Six sigma certification for Green Belt and Yellow Belt.

Throughout her career, Ishu has worked for internationally recognized organizations such as AXA, where she served as a Team Lead for Distribution Transformation and Change Management. She was also the Change Manager and SME (Digital front-end solution) for Agency Development and Distribution Transformation. Her responsibilities included Relationship Management at Pinnacle One Consultancy, Business Manager at Caparo Financial Solutions Limited, and Relationship Manager Corporate Banking for ICICI Bank. Her career began as a Non-Ferrous Department Intern at MMTC Limited and later as an Intern with Open Media Group (RPG Enterprise).
