Iseult Ward is a social entrepreneur and CEO of the award-winning food redistribution social enterprise, FoodCloud. She has co-founded three organizations including FoodCloud, NDRC Launchpad's FoodCloud and Launchbox. Iseult graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Trinity College, Dublin, where she was also awarded Trinity Business Student of the Year in 2013. She has received several awards for her innovative work, including the Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Impact award, the Green Entrepreneur of the Year award, Marie Claire’s Future Shapers Award, Women Mean Business Social Entrepreneurs of the Year, and more. Iseult was also named one of Time Magazine's Next Generation Leaders and Forbes 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs European list.

Iseult's work with FoodCloud involves the establishment of two national programs in Ireland for food redistribution. The first is a network of three food banks that redistribute large quantities of surplus food across Ireland, while the second program connects food businesses with local charities directly via technology. FoodCloud works with over 600 Irish charities and has rescued an average of 2,200 tonnes of food annually, leading to avoidance of an estimated 7m tonnes of Co2 emissions equivalent.

Through FoodCloud's technology and the support of Tesco, FareShare UK was also able to establish the award-winning 'FareShare Go', allowing charities across the country direct access to surplus food donations in their local communities. In 2017/18, FoodCloud's technology facilitated the redistribution of 35% of FareShare's food, which equates to 6,000 tonnes of food from 2,900 stores donated to a network of over 7,000 local charities.

Iseult is an accomplished businesswoman and social entrepreneur with a passion for creating sustainable solutions that benefit the environment and society. She is dedicated to creating positive change and making the world a better place through her work. Currently, she serves as a board member of Tangent - Trinity's Idea Workspace, Trinity Business School Advisory Board, and Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Board of Directors.
