Iselin Kornli is a professional with a Master of Science in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a diverse educational background encompassing project management, technology entrepreneurship, and human & medical science.

With over seven years of experience in innovation, product development, and enhancing customer experiences in various large organizations, Iselin has acquired both hands-on expertise and strategic insight into innovation practices.

She has successfully led numerous innovation projects, coached cross-functional teams in exploring, validating, and implementing ideas, and played a key role in establishing innovation environments within multiple companies.

Iselin's toolkit includes a selection of frameworks such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Business Model, Design Sprint, and "innovation ecosystem" to drive innovation and business growth.

Throughout her career, Iselin has held roles including Agile Lead and Konseptutvikler at DNB, as well as positions at Telia Norge, Iterate Norway, TicketMobile, and various other organizations. Her experience ranges from business development and business analysis to project management and sales & marketing responsibilities.

Iselin's academic journey includes studies at prestigious institutions such as Universitetet i Oslo (UiO), Rice University, University of Westminster, and completion of PRINCE2® certification at Firebrand.
