Isani Singh
MD Candidate at Harvard Medical School
Isani Singh, an ambitious and accomplished Harvard student, is making waves in the field of biomedical research and global health. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Statistics with a focus on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, as well as Global Health and Health Policy, Isani hopes to make real change in the world through her work. She is particularly interested in genetics and rare diseases and the policies that drive improvements in healthcare. With a strong background in computer science and experience with public speaking and leadership, Isani is well-equipped to make a positive impact in her chosen field.
Before attending Harvard, Isani was named the Most Outstanding Student at Cherry Creek High School and studied mathematics at the University of Colorado Denver. At Harvard, she founded and serves as the President of Turner Syndrome India, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for girls and women with Turner Syndrome. In addition, she has served as an Associate at Harvard College Consulting Group and has conducted research at Whitehead Institute and Children's Hospital Colorado. She has also served as both a Scholar and Counselor at Research Science Institute and as a Co-Founder of the Denver Math Club.
