Isaiah Das is a Senior HR Leader with vast global and regional experience in HR Transformation, HR target operating model, managing change, and processes arising from restructuring, cost efficiency review, and exit of business.

He excels in HR Service Strategy, project management, Benefits strategy & execution, Workplace Wellbeing, and HR Shared Services.

Isaiah is quick to learn on the job, adaptable, and contributes effectively in challenging assignments. He holds PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, applying technology to simplify and enhance HR processes and customer experience.

His HR competencies are reinforced by certifications like CIPD, IHRP, and expertise in Remuneration & Benefits and Talent Management. He possesses strong quantitative skills in analyzing compensation issues and has demonstrated exceptional people management skills by leading geographically dispersed teams.

Isaiah was recognized as the Valedictorian for the 2019 SMU HR Graduate Programme and led a team to win the Bronze Award for Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing at the HR Excellence Awards in 2017.

He was also part of a team that received the Silver Award for Excellence in HR Change Management in 2019.
