Isabelle Hierholtz is a seasoned user strategy director with extensive experience in guiding AR/VR/XR companies from a user's perspective. She has helped various companies in AR/VR/XR, consumer tech, entertainment, consumer packaged goods, and consumer health/pharma sectors in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Before joining Digi-Capital, she founded UserTruth Labs, a user strategy company. Her previous work experience includes working for TV networks such as Sky and ITV, where she served as the Head of Audience/Planning - Entertainment, Comedy, ITV2, content strategy and Lead Creative Strategist - Sky Atlantic and Sky Living, respectively. She has also worked as a professional actress and served as Interim/Planning Director and Global Planner at J. Walter Thompson London and D'Arcy, respectively. Hierholtz studied MBA in Business Administration: Operations Management, Finance, and Marketing at Yale University and has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Acting from the University of Essex.
