Isabelle Hayhoe is a Senior Philanthropy Adviser at Barclays Private Bank who graduated with an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022.24 She has over a decade of experience in strategic philanthropy and grant-making, having previously worked for Winton Group, Winton Philanthropies, and The David & Claudia Harding Foundation, where she managed over £100m of philanthropic capital.1
