Isabelle Hayhoe

Isabelle Hayhoe is a Senior Philanthropy Adviser at Barclays Private Bank who graduated with an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022.24 She has over a decade of experience in strategic philanthropy and grant-making, having previously worked for Winton Group, Winton Philanthropies, and The David & Claudia Harding Foundation, where she managed over £100m of philanthropic capital.1

Prior to her MBA, Isabelle completed an MSc in Grant-Making, Philanthropy and Social Investment from Bayes Business School and holds a Diploma in Charity Management from The Chartered Governance Institute UK.1 Her career journey has included working for operational charities in the medical research and education sectors, as well as experiencing redundancy and job transitions.2

In October 2023, Isabelle signed a permanent contract with Barclays Private Bank as a Senior Philanthropy Adviser, a role she had been working towards for seven years.2 She is recognized in the Spear's 500 list and is passionate about helping others pursue careers in philanthropy.23
