She has worked in different organizations such as Self-employed, Luminar Ventures, Asana Rebel - Yoga Inspired Fitness, among others.

Through her experience as a Growth Specialist at Self-employed, Isabella has gained expertise in developing strategies that help businesses to scale and improve their operations. She has also worked as an Investor at Luminar Ventures, where she was involved in identifying and analyzing potential investments. Additionally, Isabella co-founded SafeStuff AB, a company that innovates packing materials, and served as its COO.
