Isabella Morrison is an accomplished professional committed to improving gender and racial equality in the workforce. With a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan, Morrison began her career as a Research Assistant at the Center for Human Growth and Development, where she focused on childhood obesity prevention. She went on to take roles at FOODLAB DETROIT, The Empowerment Plan, Ann Arbor SOUP, and the Green Economy Leadership Training program. Her diverse background includes work in entrepreneurship, program coordination, research, and community outreach. Morrison is currently an Associate Principal at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, where she helps clients design organizational structures, hire the right people, and advise them on workforce development. Her experience in business development, marketing, and solution architecture make her a valuable contributor to Korn Ferry's mission to help individuals advance their careers.
