Isabela Zawistowska

Isabela Zawistowska is a freelance filmmaker based in Mammoth Lakes, California, specializing in climbing documentaries with a passion for outdoor adventure films.

Her ultimate goal is to shoot on a Yosemite big wall to challenge herself as both a climber and documentary filmmaker, showcasing her capabilities in this unique setting.

Since relocating to the Eastern Sierra in 2020, Isabela has been actively expanding her film portfolio available on Vimeo while seeking opportunities to collaborate with production companies or brands that share her values and enthusiasm for the outdoors.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Policy with a Minor in Social and Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Isabela has had diverse professional experiences including roles as a Documentary Filmmaker at Chayo Films, Brand & Outreach Manager at Ascend: Leadership Through Athletics, Junior Brand Planner at EP+Co, participant in The One Club Creative Boot Camp at Microsoft, and a Finalist in Griffin Farley's Beautiful Minds 2018 at BBH New York.

Her background also includes a stint as a Business Development Intern at McKinney, Reporter at The Daily Tar Heel, and Marketing Intern at Brixwork Real Estate Marketing Inc.
