Isabela Perez

Isabela Perez is a highly-experienced senior executive with a focus on healthcare quality management and a proven record of delivering results. She holds an MBA in healthcare management and has extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and developing competitive plans to navigate challenging economic periods. Throughout her career, Isabela has demonstrated an ability to increase revenues, improve productivity and quality, and build and empower productive, quality teams.

Isabela has spent much of her career consulting with hospitals and healthcare providers on achieving quality certifications, including the Brazilian ONA Certification and the Joint Commission International Certification. She also has expertise in transaction structuring and negotiations and proactive board and staff relations.

Isabela holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in health management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a bachelor's degree in Administration of Business from Universidade Cândido Mendes. She has also studied Positive Discipline Parent Education and Coaching Certification.

Currently, Isabela serves as CEO of Mind the Next and has previously held the position of CEO at Connect&Change. She has also served on the board of directors of Sindhrio and as CEO of Hospital do Amparo. Earlier in her career, Isabela was the Head Manager at Central Park Gastronomia Ltda.
