Isaac leads the debt capital markets team at IPA, focusing on advising large corporations on capital structure optimization, corporate finance analysis, and risk management.

He is set to launch an initiative at IPA to assist in the acquisition of small and mid-sized companies by women and diverse professionals.

Before IPA, Isaac founded New Horizon Capital Partners, targeting acquisition opportunities in the lower middle-market segment, with over 12 years of experience in financial services.

During his tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Isaac served as a Managing Director in the Global Corporate Bank, specializing in large Consumer & Retail companies.

Isaac is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, actively supporting organizations like SEO and MLT connecting graduates to top career prospects.

Originally from Detroit, MI, Isaac now resides in Austin, TX, with his wife and two sons.
