Isaac Grimm

Isaac Grimm is the Organizing Director at Rights & Democracy NH, overseeing organizing staff and membership development in New Hampshire on various justice issues and engagement in the democratic process.

With a background in community organizing, Isaac has been instrumental in building Rights & Democracy as a grassroots progressive organization across Vermont and New Hampshire.

Prior to his current role, Isaac served as the Lead Organizer and Political Director in Vermont after joining Rights & Democracy in 2015, starting as a canvass director.

Before his work with Rights & Democracy, Isaac was an Organizer in Training at SEIU, contributing to successful union elections for adjunct faculty at multiple colleges.

Isaac also brings teaching experience, having taught Social Studies in Colombia and worked as a gymnastics coach for a decade, demonstrating his versatility and dedication to community engagement.

He is fluent in Spanish and well-versed in Colombian and American history, social, political, and economic issues, showcasing his diverse skill set and knowledge base.
